JUDGMENT
1. The petitioners have approached this Court by way of this writ petition (PIL) with the following prayers:-
"A. The respondent State authorities may kindly be directed to remove the illegal encroachments and construction from the land of Khasra No.-9, 175, 176, 265, 345, 43, 44, 341, 342, 339, 340, 264, situated at Village-Loonasar, Patwar Halka-Malaksar, Tehsil-Sardarsahar, District-Churu, forthwith and further they may kindly be directed to take necessary steps for safe guard of the land in question.
B. By an appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents may further be directed to restore the aforementioned land of Gochar and Paitan land in their original shape."
2. Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by counsel representing the petitioners and, having gone through the material available on record, we are of the firm view that the petitioners have available to them a suitable remedy for ventilating their grievances by virtue of the Division Bench Judgment of this Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. v.
