JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition (PIL) with the following prayers:-
" A. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to removal of the encroachment from the land of Khasra No.365 rakba 14.04 bigha of Village Silor, Tehsil Samdari, District Barmer.
B. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondent may kindly be directed to conduct, the survey of the public utility land of Village Silor, Tehsil Samdari, District Barmer and identify all the encroachment upon the public utility land and directed to remove forthwith.
C. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondent may kindly be directed to identify all kind of the encroachment upon the land mentioned in the present petition and further take action against the encroacher under the provision of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act and remove all kind of encroachment for the land in question."
