JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition (PIL) with the following prayers:-
"(a) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents Revenue Authorities may kindly be directed to immediately remove the encroachments made by encroachers over the Gochar Land in Khasra No. 659 and gair Mumkin Paitan Land in Khasra No. 662, 974/661, 975/651, 513, 249, 254 and 266 which are recorded in the revenue record of village Jaitsisar and gair Mumkin Paitan Land in Khasra No. 126,253,49,181 and 348 of village Pirer, Gram Panchayat Jaitsisar, Tehsil Sardasrshahar, District Churu (Raj.) and impose heavy penalties on encroachers and same may be recovered from them.
(b) By an appropriate writ, order or direction respondents may further be directed to restore the aforementioned land of Gochar and Paitan Land in their original shape."

Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by counsel representing the petitioner and, having gone through the material available on record, we are of the firm view that the petitioner has available to him a suitable remedy for ventilating his grievances by virtue of the Division Bench Judgment of this Court in the
