ARUN MONGA
Gariya Ba Shyam Enterprises – Appellant
Versus
Mahaveer Trading Company – Respondent
ORDER :
1. Petitioner is before this Court aggrieved against an order dated 23.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangapur, District Bhilwara in N.I. Case No. 353/2021, whereby the application under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (‘N.I. Act’) filed by the complainant-respondent was allowed.
