JUDGMENT
Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - At the outset, counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annex-8) before the respondent No.3- the Superintendent of Police, Dungerpur, District Dungerpur, which is still pending, therefore, a direction be issued to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously.
2. I have considered the arguments advanced before me and carefully gone through the records of the case.

In view of limited prayed made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3- the Superintendent of Police, Dungerpur, District Dungerpur, to decide the petitioner's representation (Annex-8) pending before him and also consider circular issued by the State Government, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. Stay Petition is also disposed of.
