JUDGMENT

Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - At the outset, counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the petitioner has filed a representation dated before the respondent No.4- the District Education Officer (Elementary) Cum District Project Coordinator, Serve Siksha Abhiyan, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, which is still pending, therefore, a direction be issued to the respondent No.4 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously.

2. I have considered the arguments advanced before me and carefully gone through the records of the case.

3. In view of limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4? the District Education Officer (Elementary) Cum District Project Coordinator, Serve Siksha Abhiyan, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, to decide the petitioner's representation pending before him, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. Stay Petition is also disposed of.
