JUDGMENT
Vijay Bishnoi, J. - The matter comes up for consideration of application (01/21) preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking early listing of the writ petition.
2. The Court proposes to hear the writ petition finally today itself, however, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to file an additional affidavit to the effect that as to when the last person had joined pursuant to the selection list issued by the Municipal Council, Jalore from 8.7.2013 to 11.7.2013.
3. Time prayed for is granted.
4. List after four weeks.
5. The aforesaid application seeking early listing of the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
The court has the authority to manage the scheduling of cases and can grant time for additional submissions to ensure comprehensive consideration of the issues at hand.
