JUDGMENT
Vijay Bishnoi, J. - The matter comes up for consideration of the application (IA No.1/19) preferred on behalf of the petitioner for early listing of the writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been asked to argue the matter today itself, but he is not in a position to argue the same.
3. In such circumstances, I do not find any reason to allow the aforesaid application seeking early listing of the case, which is dismissed as such.
