JUDGMENT
Dinesh Mehta, J. - The instant application has been filed seeking rectification of the typographical error crept in the order dated 14.09.2021 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.11270/2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently while arguing the case, the respondent department has wrongly been mentioned as "Medical & Health Department" when the order was being dictated; whereas it ought to have been "Medical Education Department". Hence, it is prayed that the inadvertent error crept in para 9 and 10 of the order dated 14.09.2021 be rectified accordingly.
3. For the reasons stated, the application is allowed.
4. Accordingly, it is ordered that amended order of 14.09.2021 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.11270/2021 with the requisite correction be drawn; earlier order be kept in ?D? part of the file; off loaded from the official website of High Court and new order be uploaded.
