JUDGMENT

Sunita Yadav, J. - This petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C has been filed for correction of typographical error crept in the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 57444/2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. was allowed by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No.57444/2022, but due to typographical error in the cause title of order instead of "District Bhind" it has been wrongly mentioned as "District Mandsaur". Hence prayed for correction in the order.

3. In view of aforesaid and perusal of the record, it appears that in the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 57444/2022 due to typographical mistake instead of "District Bhind" it has been wrongly mentioned as "District Mandsaur".

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and it is directed that in place of "District Mandsaur" it be read as "District Bhind". The rest of order dated 06.12.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 57444/2022 shall be kept intact.

5. This order shall be read in conjunction with the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 57444/2022. A copy of this order passed today be kept in the record of M.Cr.C. No. 57444/
