Order :
1. We heard learned counsel for the parties specifically with reference to the Action Taken Report dated 04.03.2024. The Action Taken Report on five different areas of concern, as identified earlier in the action plan, has been given in detail by the Municipal Corporation Greater/Heritage, Jaipur, Traffic Police, Jaipur and Jaipur Development Authority.
2. Broadly speaking, the report reflects that there are certain shortcomings insofar as sufficient number of cleaning workers in Jaipur Greater/Heritage is concerned and the process for engaging cleaning workers on contract/job basis is going on.
3. Heritage, Jaipur informs the Court that Material Recovery Facility with a capacity of 300 tons per day is likely to become functional within one month and this will take care of proper disposal of dry waste.
4. Both the Corporations must endeavor to get all the posts filled up through regular recruitment as early as possible. Till the regular recruitment is made, necessary arrangement through contract/job basis may be done at the earliest.
5. As far as the traffic control is concerned, the report submitted along with the Action Taken Report indicates that Challan for traffic violation
