JUDGMENT :

TARLOK SINGH CHAUHAN, J.

1. Since common question of facts and law arise for consideration in all these contempt petitions, therefore, they were taken up together for consideration and are being disposed of by a common judgment.

COPC No. 169 of 2015.

2. This contempt petition when initially filed took exception to the non-compliance of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 1358/2008, titled 'S.S. Kutlehria and others versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others’ along with LPA No. 65/2009, titled 'Nathu Ram Sharma versus Bikram Singh Mehta and others’, decided on 08.01.2010.

3. Both the aforesaid two cases relate to HPPWD. CWP No. 1358 of 2008 was directed against the order of the erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal dated 23.05.2008 passed in OA No. 1975 of 1995. LPA No. 65 of 2009 was directed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge passed in CWP (T) No. 2275 of 2008.
