ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY, J.
1. Heard the parties.
2. Though the opposite party No.2 is appearing through the Advocate but no one turns up on behalf of the opposite party No.2 in spite of repeated calls.
3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer to quash the order dated 13.05.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh in Criminal Revision No.20 of 2024 whereby and where under the learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh has dismissed the criminal revision which was filed challenging the order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Katkamsan
