Heard the parties.
2. No one turns up on behalf of the opposite party No.2 in spite of repeated calls though the opposite party No.2 has put his appearance through Advocate.
3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the FIR and the entire criminal proceedings arising out of Sakchi P.S. Case No.118 of 2021 currently pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
4. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioner No.1 being the Bank Manager at the time of filing of the Complaint Case No.722 of 2021, petitioner No.2 being the Assistant Branch Manager at the same point of time, the petitioner No.3 being
