(Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 04.09.2020 made in Na.Ka.No.E1/0744/2020 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 15.02.2021 to issue the legal heir certificate to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.)

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.09.2020 passed by the second respondent rejecting the fifth petitioner's application seeking for issuance of legal heirship certificate for the deceased C.Vedalakshmi.

2. Heard Mr.V.R.Kamalanathan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The petitioners are the siblings of the deceased C.Vedalakshmi who died intestate as a spinster. Their parents also predeceased them.
