[PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to commit and punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying and complying with the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.6661 of 2009, dated 25.07.2017.]
1. In continuation of our order, dated 22.12.2022, today the Contemnor has come forward to pay a sum of Rs.1,85,243.00/- by way of Banker's Cheque, dated 04.02.2023 and has given an undertaking that the balance amount will be paid within a period of four months.
2. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed, for the present. No costs.
