ORDER :

Prayer: Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2022 on the file of the from the Subordinate Court at Arani and transfer the same to the file of the any one of the Family Court, Chennai.

The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Arani and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnised on 02.02.2017 as per the Hindu Rites and Customs. Due to misunderstanding the petitioner and the respondent are living separately. A female child was born from and out of wedlock between the petitioner and the respondent and now aged about 5 years.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed O.P.No.3017 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court at Chennai for divorce. The respondent filed O.P.No.114 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Arani for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. The petitioner is residing along with her parents.
