1. This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to grant permission and provide adequate police protection for conducting the village Cultural programme on 12.04.2023 at about 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm as part of temple festival of Arulmigu Shri Kaliamman and Mariamman Temple at S.Melapatti, Sandaiyur Post, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner''s representation, dated 27.03.2023.
