JUDGMENT
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to treat the petitioners' two-year compulsory bond period as completed, and to consequently direct the 5th respondent to return the petitioners' original certificates and documents collected by the 5th respondent while admitting the petitioners to the post graduate degree course along with their Post Graduate degree certificate.)
1. This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned'. After hearing the parties, order dated 21.12.2023 is recalled and orders are passed afresh.
2. WMP No.35529 of 2023 filed seeking permission to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee.
3. Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of the matter, even at this juncture. Hence, by consent of both learned counsel, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, even at the stage of admission.
