JUDGMENT :
(Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to treat the petitioner's two-year compulsory bond period as completed and to consequently direct the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to relieve the petitioner from his bonded service.)
1. This matter was disposed on 27.02.2024 and since there are certain errors in the tabulation provided by the the petitioner, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification'.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain errors in the tabulation that have been circulated and a fresh tabulation is filed today. Thus, order passed on 27.02.2024 is recalled and the following order is passed now afresh.
3. Mr. K. Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this matter, even at this juncture. Hence, by consent of both learned counsel, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, even at the stage of admission.
