(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. A2/ 1941/2023 Sa.A.Aanai No. 236/2023, dated 22.06.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Inspector of Police, Kadayam Police Station, Tenkasi District.)1.
