[PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.23673 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.]
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23673 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 has been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
2. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
