[PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to initiate Contempt Proceedings against the Contemnors 1 to 3/Respondents 1 to 3 and punish them for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.28120 of 2023, dated 29.11.2023]

The Contempt Petition is filed seeking to initiate Contempt Proceedings against the Contemnors 1 to 3/Respondents 1 to 3 and punish them for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.28120 of 2023, dated 29.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. This Court while disposing of the above Writ Petition on 29.11.2023, observed that the Petitioner’s representation may be treated as a complaint as contemplated under G.O(Ms)No.540, dated 4.12.2014 and appropriate steps be taken in accordance with law.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Petitioner’s representation was considered and whatever the encroachment found out, was removed
