[PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 29.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.20482 of 2023 passed by this Court.]
In view of the order passed in the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2375 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
