This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the fair and decretal order made in D.O.P.No.296 of 2021, dated 30.09.2022, on the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court including the Joint Compromise Memo filed by the parties.
3. Both the parties appeared before this Court in person and they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo before this Court stating that they have reached an amicable settlement between them and they understood the terms of the Joint Compromise Memo, which was reduced into writing, duly signed by them. They have also admitted the signature found in the Joint Compromise Memo as that of them. They have also agreed for the settlement and respondent/wife has also given her consent for divorce, based on the Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.
