JUDGMENT :
1. This Criminal Appeal is filed to set aside the Judgment dated 27.01.2016 made in S.C. No. 72 of 2014 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.
2. The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri by judgment dated 27.01.2016, convicted the Appellant for the offence under Section 306 of INDIAN PENAL CODE and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of five years together with fine of Rs.2,000/- failing which to undergo two rigorous imprisonment.
