This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned Refusal Check slip vide Refusal No.RFL/2 No. Joint Sub Registrar Virudhunagar/8/2024 dated 26.12.2024 issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent to forthwith register and release the Deed of sale dated 26.12.2024 presented by the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.73/3 admeasuring 3.35 cent situated at G.D.Nagar, Chinnamoopanpatti Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District without insisting the production of original previous sale deed.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
