1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.
2. The Office Note dated 21.12.2022 being perused, the number of the S.T. Case, i.e., 13/12' as typed in 1 st paragraph of 1 st page and 2nd page of the judgment dated 17.11.2022, the same be corrected as 13/42'. Necessary corrections be made accordingly.
