JUDGMENT

Gurvinder Singh Gill, J. - Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed off with a limited direction to the effect that respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, District Nuh (Mewat), shall get the representation dated 26.12.2022 (Annexure P-9) examined qua the alleged threat perception of the petitioner expeditiously. In case, it is found that there is genuine threat to life and liberty of the petitioner, then necessary steps be taken in accordance with law.

2. A copy of this order along with copy of representation dated 26.12.2022 (Annexure P-9) be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, District Nuh (Mewat), for necessary compliance.
