Urgency Application Nos.04 of 2024, 04 of 2024 is allowed.

2. In the present writ petition, petitioners have prayed for issuance of writ order in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in Govt. Primary School pursuant to the advertisement issued by the Appointing Authority for making appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher Govt. Primary School on the basis of D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) obtained by the petitioners.

3. The facts in the nutshell are that the petitioners had passed their Secondary School Examination and Senior Secondary School Examination from National Institute of Open Schooling and thereafter, petitioner no.1 pursued B.A. (Bachlors of Arts) from University of Delhi; petitioner no.2 pursued B.A. (Bachlors of Arts) from Shri Dev Suman University Uttarakhand; petitioner no.3 petitioner has completed her graduation from University of Delhi and petitioner no.4 has completed her graduation from University of Delhi.
