JUDGMENT
Rajeev Kumar Shrivastava, J. - The applicant has filed this FIRST application u/S.439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail.
applicant has been arrested on 21st april, 2022 by Police Station Purani Chhavani, District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.06/2022 registered for offence under Sections 304-B, 201, 176 of IPC.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the member of inlaws' family of the deceased. The applicant is in custody since 21st april, 2022. The father of deceased has already given an affidavit in favour of applicant and other members of the applicant and the complainant has stated in the affidavit that the applicant has never demanded any dowry. It is further submitted that both the rival parties have already been arrived at a compromise outside the Court. It is further submitted that the present case is similar to that of co-accused Deviram Baghel, who has been granted benefit of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 5th May, 2022 passed in MCRC No.22309 of 2022. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be granted the benefit of bail.
