JUDGMENT
Arindam Lodh, J. - This matter relates to release of pension in favour of the petitioners.
2. Considering the urgency of the matter and the prayer made by Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned GA appearing for the respondents to grant him 3 weeks time to file counter affidavit, the matter may be disposed of expeditiously.
3. However, 3 weeks time is granted to Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned GA to file counter affidavit.
4. List the matter on 24.02.2023.
