JUDGMENT :
LAXMI NARAYANA ALISHETTY, J.
The present Appeal Suit is filed questioning the judgment and decree, dated 25.04.2007, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, in O.S.No.44 of 2001, whereby and whereunder the said suit was decreed with costs.
2. The appellant herein is the defendant and the respondent herein is the plaintiff in the suit. For convenience, the parties are hereinafter referred to as they are arrayed in the suit.

In title disputes, the burden of proof lies on the plaintiff to establish title, and failure to prove validity of the sale deed or existence of all legal heirs results in dismissal of the claim.
