[1] On 27 April 2023, the appellant/accused was brought before the Sessions Court, where he was charged with the offence of armed gang robbery under ss 395 and 397 of the Penal Code . No plea was recorded at that time.
[2] On 12 June 2023, the appellant/accused was again brought before the Sessions Court with an amended charge (marked as "X"), to which he pleaded not guilty.
