ORDER :
1. The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board to consider the representation of petitioner No.1-Institution dated 13.11.2025 vide Annexure-E, by generating the registration number of petitioner Nos.2 to 39 and further permitting petitioners Nos.2 to 39 to take up 1st year GNM Course Final Examination scheduled to commence from 12.01.2026.
2. Brief facts, leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows:
Petitioner No.1-Institution is an educational institution engaged in imparting General Nursing course namely Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. The Nursing School was started after obtaining the requisite permission from the concerned government, and the affiliation will be from the Karnataka State Nursing Council.
