JUDGMENT (Oral)

1. By way of the present petition, petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to dispose of the legal representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2022 in a time bound manner.

2. In view of the prayer made in the present petition, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving directions to the respondents to decide the abovesaid representation filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within one week thereafter with reasoned order.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.

4. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on his representations, he may approach the appropriate forum.
