1. The application is allowed, with a direction to the applicant to file requisite legible copies of documents and annexures within four weeks.

2. The application is accordingly disposed of.

3. The petitioner in his present petition has made following prayer:

    i) To direct the respondents to reconsider the petitioners case for promotion.

4. The petitioner had made a representation and which has been replied by the respondents vide Letter dated P-A-01/2021-D/117. However, the representation till date has not been decided.

5. The petitioner shall complete all the formalities as mentioned in letter dated 07.06.2021 within two from today.

6. We hereby disposed of the present petition by directing the respondents to taken final decision on the representation made by the petitioner within four weeks after all the formalities are completed by the petitioner.

7. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

8. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
