JUDGMENT (Oral)

1. Vide the present petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 06.06.2022 passed by the respondent No.4 and directions to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 07.06.2022 qua removal from service, petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 14.09.2022, however, till date, the said appeal has not been decided by the respondents.

3. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to decide the appeal dated 14.09.2023 preferred by the petitioner within four weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within one week thereafter with a reasoned order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.

5. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on his representations, he may approach the appropriate forum.
