JUDGMENT (Oral)

1. The petitioner in his petition has made following prayer:

    a) To quash and set aside the Order dated 06.10.2022.

    b) To direct the respondents to issue NOC to the petitioner subsequent to his selection with the Railways as Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk along with all consequential benefits.

    c) To direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to resign from service.

2. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the NOC, the petitioner made a representation, however, the same was rejected by the respondents. He further submits that his case is covered by the various judgements mentioned in the writ petition.

3. This Court put a specific query to the learned counsel for the petitioner that whether in the representation, the judgements have been mentioned. His reply is in negative.

4. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to treat the present writ petition as reprentation and decide the same within four weeks from today.

5. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
