3. This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of 38 days delay in re-filing the present LPA.

4. Prayer made in the application is not opposed. The same is allowed. Delay of 38 days in re-filing the LPA is condoned.

6. This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of 172 days delay in filing the present LPA.

7. Mr. Soni, learned CGSC submits that the reasons for delay in filing the LPA are cogent and the appellant was prevented from sufficient cause in filing the LPA. Learned counsel submits that the judgment was pronounced on 25.09.2018, however, the matter was listed before the learned Single Judge on 03.10.2018 for certain corrections and hence a copy of the judgment was received by the appellant only on 10.10.2018. The matter was then referred to the Department/legal affairs, MOLJ, for their opinion regarding filing of the appeal. The
