Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of office order dated 22.06.2022 qua the petitioner, whereby the petitioner was relieved from deputation as JRO to report to his parent organization, being not in line with their own policy; directions to the respondents to further extend the deputation tenure of the petitioner as JRO under respondent No.2 for a period of one year (19.07.2022 to 18.07.2023) on compassionate grounds.
4. For the aforesaid relief, petitioner had made a representation dated 14.07.2022 before the respondents, however, till date the said representation has not been decided.
5. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to hear and take a final decision on the representation dated
