1. By way of the present Appeal filed under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 10 of the DELHI HIGH COURT ACT , 1966, the Appellants[Plaintiffs before the learned Single Judge] are assailing the judgment and decree dated 26.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS (O.S.) No. 2664/2014 titled as Shakuntla & Anr. v. Rajinder Singh Deswal [Hereinafter referred to as "the Civil Suit"].
