JUDGMENT
Manojit Mandal, President.—By filing this complaint the complainants have prayed for the following reliefs by admitting the complaint:—
“a) Direct the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to refund an amount of Rs.18,25,700/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand and Seven Hundred) only on account of the cost of repairing work done by the Complainants, maintenance charges paid, value of stolen articles and other miscellaneous expenses incurred, within a stipulated period of time to be framed by this Learned Commission;
b) Pass an order directing the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to refund the money to the Complainants forthwith along with interests @12% till the date of full and final satisfaction of the amount so given;
c) Pass an order directing the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to pay a sum of Rs.65,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Lakh) only as and by way of compensation;
d) Pass an order directing the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) as litigation costs;
e) Pass an order directing the Opposite Party No.1 to take effective steps immediately for executing and registering the Deed of Conveyance of the Flat No.NRF141 on the 14th Flo
