JUDGMENT
Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Though the matter is listed in the ’orders’ category, however, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for final disposal.
3. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"A. by an appropriate writ, order of direction, the notice dated 26.08.2022 (annexure-7) issued by the learned Trhsildar u/s 91 of the LR Act, may kindly be quashed and set aside.
B. the learned BOR may kindly be directed to pass appropriate order on pending stay petition filed by the petitioner along with the Revision Petition.
C. That till disposal of the stay petition in pending Revision petition, the notice dated 26.08.2022 may kindly ordered to be kept in abeyance."
4. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioners are having an agricultural field in Village Sou, Tehsil Tinwri, District Jodhpur. The respondents preferred an application under Section 251-A of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act before the Sub Divisional Officer for grant of way.
