JUDGMENT

Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - Mr. Kistur Chand and Mr. Mohan Lal, Advocate have put in appearance on behalf of the complainant-respondent No.2 and wife of the deceased. Service, therefore, is complete.

2. The instant appeals have been filed under Section 14A(2) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the appellants, who are in custody in connection with FIR (C.R.)No.75.2019, Police Station Kesarisinghpur District Sri Ganganagar for the offences under Sections 302, 458, 324, 147, 148, 149 of IPC and and Sections 3(2)(V), 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the orders dated 07.09.2021 and 19.08.2021 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Sri Ganganagar, whereby, the bail applications preferred under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the appellants were rejected.

3. Heard. Perused the material available on record.

4. After rejection of the criminal appeals (first Bails) of the appellants by this court vide orders dated 04.03.2021, 23.01.2020 and 11.08.2020 respectively, the charge sheet has been filed.
