It is reported by the dealing assistant that respondent nos. 1 to 16 are official respondents and respondent nos. 26, 27, 28 and 30 have filed their objections. However, respondent nos. 31, 23 & 34 appeared through their counsels and respondent nos. 23, 31, 32 and 34 have not filed their objections.

It is further reported by the concerned clerk that petitioner have not provided registered covers for service of the respondent nos. 17 to 22, 24, 25, 29, 33, 35 & 36.

Since, last and final opportunity was granted. Therefore, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon’ble Court in the 5th week of August, 2024 for kind orders.
