1. Heard the parties.
2. This Writ Petition (Cr.) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction upon the respondents specially upon the respondent No.6 to complete the investigation of Doranda P.S. Case No.177 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 , 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the INDIAN PENAL CODE .
3. The brief facts of the case is that the petitioner is the informant of the said Doranda P.S. Case No.177 of 2020 which has been filed alleging that the Crime Investigation Department Employees Grih Nirman Swalambi Sahkari Sahyog Samiti Ltd. and its office bearers have cheated the petitioner by collecting money from the petitioner to provide land but did not provide the same and also committed criminal breach of trust.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Police has not taken any step for concluding the investigation of the said case even though the case was registered in the year 2020. Hence, it is submitted that the prayer as prayed for in the instant Writ Petition (Cr.) be allowed.
