ORDER :

Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Principal District Munsif, Erode to take up the I.A. No. 1 of 2021 in O.S. No. 40 of 2021 filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C. for final hearing and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law.

1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been instituted to direct the Principal District Munsif, Erode to take up the I.A. No. 1 of 2021 in O.S. No. 40 of 2021 filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C. for final hearing and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2. The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs, instituted a Suit in O.S. No. 40 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif, Erode for Permanent Injunction. During the pendency of the suit, the revision petitioners filed Interlocutory Application in I.A. No. 1 of 2021 for interim injunction. Since the trial Court has not disposed of the Interlocutory Application filed in I.A. No. 1 of 2021, the revision petitioners have chosen to file the present Civil Revision Petition, seeking direction to direct the District Munsif, Erode to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A. No. 1
