ORDER :

Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying for direction to the Hon'ble District Munsif Court at Nannilam to dispose of the I.A.No.59 of 2022 in O.S.No.132 of 2001 pending on its file within time limit as stipulated.

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to dispose of the I.A.No.59 of 2022 in O.S.No.132 of 2001, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court at Nannilam.

2. The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs, instituted a Suit for Partition. Interlocutory Application was filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit scheduled property and survey the same and submit report.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that the Interlocutory Application filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner is kept pending and yet to be disposed of. Thus, the revision petitioner has chosen to file the present Civil Revision Petition.
