JUDGMENT :

The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, made a submission that the appellant has chosen to withdraw the Appeal Suit. Accordingly, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal Suit. The learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the abovesaid submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present Appeal Suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
